You can book directly with us via email, WhatsApp, or our website inquiry form. Once you confirm your itinerary, we’ll send you an invoice and payment instructions.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure services. The balance must be cleared before the start of your trip or as specified in your itinerary/invoice.
We accept Kenyan Shillings (KES) and British Pounds (GBP). For international clients, we can quote in USD or EUR on request.
This means the price is calculated per person when two or more guests share one room.
- 60+ days before travel → 80% refund
- 30–59 days before travel → 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before travel → non-refundable
- No-shows → non-refundable
Yes. Flights, park entry fees, and special permits are usually non-refundable once booked.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, back to your original payment method.
